Maternity and Child Welfare Services (MCWS)
Ramakrishna Mission, Imphal Centre, was entrusted with the Maternity and Child Welfare Services project, generously funded by Infosys Foundation. The project was implemented in Kakching district, (1 hr from Imphal) Manipur, benefiting 10 (Ten) expectant mothers and 9 (nine) children.
After the survey and in accordance with the recommendations of the attending doctor and medical nurse, the following items were distributed on 27th June 2025.
1. Horlicks Mother’s Plus (500 mg)
2. Women’s Multivitamin Tablets (Tata) – 30 tablets
3. Milk Powder – 1 kg
4. Child Body Lotion
5. Antiseptic Body Soap
6. Child Body Powder
7. Dettol Liquid
8. ORS
9. Paracetamol – 10 tablets
10. Calcini CZ – 30 capsules
11. Znyzyme (200 ml)
12. Lactogen Pro 2 – 1 pack
13. Diapers (4-month-old boys) – 2 boxes each for 2 children
14. Diapers (5-month-old boy) – 2 boxes
15. Diapers (7-month-old boy) – 2 boxes
16. Rice- 5 kg
17. Dal- 2 kg
