National Youth Day 2025
National Youth Day is observed in India every year on January 12 to honour the ideals of Swami Vivekananda who was born on January 12, 1863, in Kolkata. 12 January 2025 marks the 163rd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. At various schools, and colleges it is celebrated by performing parade, speeches on Swami Vivekananda, recitations, songs, conventions, essay-writing competitions, seminars, etc. To inspire the Indian youths, writings and lectures of Swami Vivekananda are also performed by the students.
